Angie Hendricks is ABSOLUTLY FANTASTIC!!!!She was always prompt in returning my emails and texts; she answered all of my many questions as I had never sold a piece of property before and had unusual circumstances.She got me the best price possible and it sold on the first morning it was listed for full asking price!! As a matter of fact, I had two sellers by 5pm on day one and she negotiated to get me the most amount of money.Super happy seller here and I would recommend her to everyone! She is great!!

We used Angie Hendricks to sell our home in Lake Butler It was a beautiful custom home on seven acres. Angie was very professional and knowledgeable and was excited about selling the home getting us the best possible price . She did all that a seller could expect and sold our home quickly We originally sold our home to a buyer that backed out right before closing It was a nightmare, but through everything Angie was very professional and had to give many extra hours in resolving the issues this buyer presented. I could go on for pages about everything that happened but she is one of only a few realtors that would have handled it such a professional manner
